CIPA UPC Conference 2025
Excited to be part of the inaugural The Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys UPC Conference on 11th September at the Law Society in London!
Penny Gilbert took the lead as chair for a panel discussing “managing UPC cases” and Alex Wilson shared valuable insights on “experiences from the coal face.”

Pete Damerell, Ari Laakkonen and Dr. Andreas Kramer attended the AIPPI World Congress 2025 in Yokohama, Japan from 13-16 September !
Pete discussed the BSH vs Electrolux decision on a panel session for “All good parties end up in the kitchen.” Meanwhile, Ari moderated on the “Around the World – One Year in One Hour” panel in which the most important IP reforms and decisions from the past year are discussed.
