Theo has experience working on a range of contentious and non-contentious intellectual property matters, having particular experience in patent litigation across the life sciences sector, complementing his background in neuroscience.

Theo has worked on a range of cases covering small molecule pharmaceuticals, biologics and medical devices, both before the English Courts and in coordinating complex multijurisdictional litigation. He has experience advising clients on international patent litigation strategies in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors and has been involved in high-profile cases before the English High Court and Court of Appeal.

In addition to his life sciences practice, Theo also has experience working on patent litigation across a broad range of technologies, including telecommunications and mechanical patents, and he has worked on UPC cases across multiple divisions and the Court of Appeal. He has also worked on matters involving intellectual property licensing in the life sciences, IT, media and sports sectors, as well as having experience in copyright and trade mark litigation matters.
