Jennifer has experience in a range of contentious and non-contentious intellectual property matters including cross-border patent litigation, confidential information disputes, licensing negotiations and brand protection matters. She has also advised on cases concerning unjustified threats of patent infringement resulting from delisting notifications to Amazon.

Jennifer’s matters have covered a variety of industry sectors ranging from pharmaceuticals and biotechnology to electronics and telecommunications.

Jennifer graduated with a first class master’s degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Sheffield.
