Ioana has experience in a wide range of contentious and non-contentious intellectual property matters including relating to patents, trade marks, copyrights, designs and confidential information. Her experience encompasses diverse technological fields and a variety of sectors including pharmaceutical and life sciences, agricultural and consumer goods.
Prior to joining Powell Gilbert, Ioana was the associate to a Judge at the Federal Court of Australia. Ioana gained experience as a solicitor at a pre-eminent firm in Australia.
