Gabriella has experience across a range of intellectual property matters, with a particular focus on complex patent litigation. She assists clients on disputes involving pharmaceutical formulations, biologics, and digital and consumer technologies. As part of this work, she has been involved in a number of high‑profile pharmaceutical patent disputes, including litigation relating to COVID‑19 vaccines, aflibercept and dapagliflozin.

Gabriella has experience before the Patents Court, the UK Intellectual Property Office and the European Patent Office. She has also been closely involved in pharmaceutical litigation before the Unified Patent Court and the Irish courts, and in the coordination of parallel proceedings across multiple jurisdictions, including Europe, the United States and Asia (Japan and Korea).

Gabriella also has an interest in gaming and esports law and took part in the 2020-2021 Games Industry Legal Challenge – winning the competition and a further award for best oralist.
