Claire provides advice on a range of intellectual property matters, focusing particularly on patent disputes. She has experience of litigation in the Patents Court and the Court of Appeal and in the coordination of multi-jurisdictional actions. Her physical sciences background enables her to readily understand complex technologies. She has advised clients in cases relating to robotics, semiconductors, electronics, computer software and telecommunications, including cases involving international technology standards.
Claire also gained valuable experience whilst on secondment at a major international pharmaceutical company.
