Profile

Anna has worked on a range of contentious and non-contentious intellectual property matters, including patent litigation in the life sciences sector and licence disputes.  She has also conducted due diligence and provided advice on the IP aspect of a large commercial transaction. Her life sciences work has involved pharmaceutical formulations, medical devices and vaccines.  She has experience in co-ordinating and conducting cross-border litigation involving parallel proceedings in the US and across Europe, as well as opposition proceedings before the European Patent Office.

Anna graduated with a first-class honours degree in Neuroscience from the University of Nottingham.

Anna joined Powell Gilbert in 2019.
