Abraham has experience working on a range of contentious intellectual property matters, including patent litigation and trade mark disputes within the life sciences, technology, consumer goods, and automotive sectors.
Being dual qualified in England & Wales and Ireland, as well as being a UPC representative, he has worked on a number of pan-European multi-jurisdictional patent revocation and infringement proceedings before both national courts and the UPC. In the life sciences sector, he has experience in dealing with different patent types including biologics, small molecule compounds, formulations, genomics, and dosing regimens. In other sectors, Abraham has experience in dealing with patents covering material sciences and automotive engineering.
Prior to joining Powell Gilbert, Abraham completed a client secondment at Google, where he assisted the in-house counsel team in managing various tech and competition litigation matters in the UK & Ireland.
