PG Partner Alex Wilson will be speaking on the “Pre-action evidence gathering for patent infringement in the UPC and national courts” panel at the Litigation Matters UP/UPC 2024 on 3-4 December. This is an online event organised by the EPO. Alex will be speaking on the panel alongside fellow EPLAW Board members Giovanni Galimberti, Raphaëlle Dequiré-Portier and Philippe Campolini. Given the significant developments in 2024,this will be a very interesting discussion.
